Hidden Human System!

I’m excited to share a fascinating experience from my interactions with an elderly individual, a dear friend of my father’s, who delved into the world of holistic natural wellness solutions derived from our vedic scriptures. Though he passed away a year ago – (today being exactly one year), the warmth of his interactions still lingers in my heart.

We collaborated on creating and distributing digital assets across various social media channels. What intrigued me most was his unique approach, calling his discoveries “Hidden Human System.” Quite the captivating name, right?

He had a distinctive way of diagnosing clients through technique of dowsing and validating the indications with a Kirlian camera (he got this from Russia), and treating them with natural medicines and lifestyle adjustments. Though discussed a series of topics on health and wellness from vedic scriptures, one of our discussions about natural well-being led to an introduction to the concept of Panchakoshas.

Panchakoshas is a gem from Indian philosophy, specifically the Vedantic tradition. It translates to “five sheaths” or “five layers.” These layers represent different facets of human existence, from the physical to the subtle aspects.
Diving into this profound concept, he tasked me with visualizing it in a digital format for a presentation. As he shared, it’s rooted in Hindu Upanishads, particularly the Taittiriya Upanishads. He explained me the details and its intertwined relationships.
Now, let’s talk practicality! To achieve holistic well-being these sheaths need to be in healthy and balanced state, here are some general strategies to achieve that:
🌱 Annamaya Kosha (Physical Sheath):
Prioritize a healthy diet, yoga and regular exercise.
💨 Praanamaya Kosha (Vital Sheath):
Practice mindful breathing exercises – praanaayaama
Explore yoga and pranayama techniques.
🧠 Manomaya Kosha (Mental Sheath):
Cultivate mindfulness and meditation practices – dhyaana.
🤔 Vijnanamaya Kosha (Intellectual Sheath):
Engage in continuous learning and intellectual stimulation.
Develop critical thinking skills for informed decision-making.
😊 Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Sheath):
Engage in activities that bring joy and fulfillment that connects to supreme.
Explore spiritual practices like meditation or prayer for inner peace.

Remember, these sheaths are interconnected. Holistic approaches that address physical, mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspects contribute to overall well-being. Here’s to a journey of wellness, connection, and discovering the harmony within our Hidden Human System!
